Plot
Maya Vargas, an assistant manager at Value Shop, dreams of a promotion as she turns 43. Although her résumé lacks traditional qualifications, her impressive track record showcases her innovative approach and deep understanding of customer needs. After being passed over for a college-educated candidate, she embarks on a mission to demonstrate that practical experience is just as important as formal education.
