Across the Tracks (1991)
Plot
Billy's return from reform school leads him to a new high school across town, where he hopes for a fresh start. However, his former rival complicates matters, and his friend Louie pulls him toward old habits. Meanwhile, his brother Joe, a talented runner aspiring for a track scholarship, encourages Billy to join the team. This decision sets the stage for a sibling rivalry, as both brothers strive to excel in a sport that could change their futures. The journey tests their bonds and forces them to confront their pasts.
